Think of it as a wedding fair... minus all the pressure and noise, and plus a relaxing brunch-style atmosphere. Rather than having vendors who paid thousands of dollars to get prime access to coveted spots, Something New hand selects its vendors, who are all members of the guild-like organization called the Independent Wedding Association.

We anticipate a great event. Photographers, florists, musicians, DJs, caterers and more will be there. We'll have food samples, live music, panel discussions and none of the stress, trinkets, and gimmickry typical of so many of the mega-fairs that have come to dominate the industry.

Something New is a chance to have a real conversation with the local artisan vendors who can make your wedding day a truly fabulous event, from the bridesmaid gifts to the final dance of the night.
